  • Tinned Tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the veg into pieces.

Step 2

Tip the vegetables into a large pan and cover with tinned tomatoes. Add water until the vegetables are all covered.
Add curry powder to taste and cook for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are soft, stirring occasionally and adding more water when needed.

Step 3

Allow the sauce to thicken and serve.

Goes well with rice, chapattis or naan bread.
