  • garlic
  • tomato
  • tomato paste
  • sugar
  • oregano
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • basil
  • Dough:
  • yeast
  • sugar
  • warm water
  • plain flour
  • salt
  • oil
  • Toppings:
  • mushrooms
  • ham
  • cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the onions and garlic until soft.

Step 2

Add in tomato, tomato paste, sugar, oregano, salt and black pepper and mix.

Step 3

Let it simmer over low heat until the sauce becomes thick. Add in basil and stir well. The sauce is done.

Step 4

Add yeast, sugar and warm water. Mix and let it sit for 15min.

Step 5

In another bowl, add plain flour, salt, oil and yeast mixture. Knead and form a dough. Knead for at least 10min until shinny and soft.

Step 6

Cover and let it rise for 30min.

Step 7

Roll the dough flat into desire shape and size. Poke the dough with fork.

Step 8

Cover the dough with the sauce and toppings.

Step 9

Bake for 15-20min at 220oC.
