  • 1. 4 Chicken Thighs, Bone-in, Skin-on
  • 2. 1 Cup of Water
  • 3. ½ Cup of Soy Sauce
  • 4. ¼ Cup of Sugar
  • 5. Chopped Garlic & Ginger to Taste
  • 6. Red Chili Flakes (optional)
  • 7. Bok Choy (optional)
  • 8. Bell pepper (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Put water, soy Sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, & red chili flakes in pot and stir until sugar is dissolved. Put chicken and bring mixture to boil (medium heat). Keep at a rolling boil, flipping chicken every 5 minutes or so for about 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. If it shows signs of boiling dry add more water and soy sauce.
