Ingredients
- 1 package coconut cream
- soy milk
- 100g coconut flakes
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 30g brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the coconut cream with enough soy milk to make a thick cream, then add in the sugar and coconut flakes while cooking on low.
Step 2
When you reach a firm consistency take off the heat and let cook a bit before shaping it into small bite-size rolls.
Step 3
Meanwhile start melting the chocolate at bain marie on low heat. Then dip every coconut piece in the chocolate and let cook on parchment paper until firm.
