- 1 medium chopped yellow onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- Salt and black pepper, taste it as you cook and add more as needed
- Raviolis
