  • 1 medium chopped yellow onion
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • diced
  • 1 zucchini
  • diced
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • Salt and black pepper
  • taste it as you cook and add more as needed
