Ingredients
- 2lbs potatoes, grated
- 1 large onion, grated
- salt and pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Plain flour

Step 1
Drain the potatoes and onion for an hour.
Step 2
Add seasoning and eggs and mix well. Add a little flour if too wet.
