Potato salad for men!
- 5 potatoes
- 1/2 onion
- grated cheese
- 2 slices of ham

Boil the whole potatoes with the skin, then drain and cool.
Peel them, cut them into cubes and pour into a bowl.
Cut the onion into thin slices and add to the potatoes.
Add the sliced ham and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Cover the bowl, place in the fridge to chill for 5 to 24 hours (the next day you know, is always better).
Season the salad to taste and serve cold.
