Step 1
In a glass pie dish 24 to 28 cm in diameter, roll out the pastry, then peel and slice the potatoes thin, alternating with a little salt and pepper, cover with short crust pastry, make a hole in the middle.
Cook for 45 minutes at 180°C then add cream, serve warm
