Step 1

put nuts in food-processor and blend them to big chunks

Step 2

add dates and coco powder and blend again

Step 3

for the mass as a bar, roll or small balls (it's up to you)

Step 4

roll in or cover with grated coconut (not necessary)

Step 5

leave in freezer for 30 min

Step 6


Replace coconut with carob powder or coffee for taste variations
