- 225g butter
- 100g icing sugar
- 225g self-raising flour
- 100g cornflour

Cream butter and sugar until soft.
Gradually work in flour and cornflour and knead until smooth.
Roll out dough and cut into 8cm logs. Slightly bend each log in the middle to appear like a boomerang.
Bake on a tray for approximately 30 - 40 minutes.
Dust with caster sugar while still hot and leave to cool in tin before removing.
