Christmas tree biscuits with clementine juice and chocolate chips

Step 1
The Xmas trees:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C (gas mark 4). Melt the butter and leave to cool. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with brown sugar. Stir in the flour with bicarbonate of soda and then the warm butter.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice of 2 clementines, and add it to the dough and the chocolate chips. Mix well. Pour the dough into silicone moulds, shaped like xmas trees, and bake for about 20 minutes. Remove from the moulds and leave to cool on a wire rack.
Step 3
Decorating the trees:
Melt in the microwave a little milk chocolate, and using a small teaspoon, decorate the trees with lines of chocolate like tinsel. Stick green mini smarties onto the chocolate.
