Chocolate Mousse

  • 300 g dark chocolate 70% cocoa
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1.5 cans of ready whipped cream

Step 1

Beat the 6 egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually to the end.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate with the 3 tbsp of water gently in a bain marie.

Step 3

Whisk the egg yolks and add the warm melted chocolate. Gently fold in the egg whites and whipped cream.

Step 4

Chill for 2 hours and enjoy!

Step 5

Serve with chocolate shavings on top and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
