Preparation
Step 1
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Step 2
Whip with electric mixer the condensed milk and when it has doubled in volume, pour in half of the lemon juice. The milk will turn into a light mousse. Stir in 3/4 of the chocolate with a spatula, do not over mix to keep a marbled effect.
Step 3
Cut the bananas into slices and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice. Keep 8 slices for decoration. Divide the rest into 4 serving glasses. Then pour the chocolate mousse on top.
Step 4
Pour a few drops of chocolate on the surface of each mousse and make swirls of chocolate with a knife. Garnish with sliced bananas.
