  • 4oz butter
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, shelled and chopped
  • 2 level tbsps chopped parsley
  • 1/8 level tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Gently poach the haddock in boiling water for 7-10 mins until the flesh is tender. Drain skin and flake the fish combine the fluffy rice fish, 1 oz butter, chopped hard boiled egg, parsley and seasonings together.
