- Chicken stock cube
- Veg
- Fish e.g. cod (or meat/chicken)

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the rice and carrot/broccoli, crumbling the stock cube into the water.
Step 2
Coat some cod in flour and fry in a little butter (or chicken or meat could be used).
Step 3
Drain the rice and veg and break the cod into it. Serve.
