- 200g self raising flour
- 25g cocoa powder
- 225g caster sugar
- 225g soft marg
- 4large eggs
- 1x 135g bag of maltesers
- 4 tbsp nutella
- 25g unsalted butter
- 200g milk chocolate
- 100ml double cream

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 160c and grease and line two 28 x 40 cm baking tins
Step 2
Sift cocoa and flour into a bowl
Step 3
Add sugar
Step 4
Add marg and eggs and beat for 2 mins or until pale and fluffy
Step 5
Divide mix between 2 tins. It will look thin but don't worry
Step 6
Bake for 15-20 mins or until springy to touch
Cool cakes on a wire rack
Step 7
Empty maltesers into a bag and bash with a rolling pin or base of saucepan
Step 8
Add nutella onto 1 cake and sprinkle maltesers over
Step 9
Place the other cake on top and press down firmly
Step 10
Placeca bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Add butter, chocolate and cream and let them melt together. One melted mix it round then pour on top of the cake.leave for 1-2 hours before serving
