2 chopped shallots
400g cubed chicken
125 sliced mushrooms
50g sultans
a pinch of cinnamon
125 ml hot chicken stock
300g pasta
142 ml double cream
2tsp Dijon mustard
chopped basil

fry onion for 4-5 mins, add chicken , fry till brown.add mushroom, sultans and cinnamon. add chicken stck and simmer for 15 mins till chicken cooked
