Step 1
Make a small incision in the chicken breasts and crumble some blue cheese inside the pocket. Wrap each breast with a slice of bacon and place them on a baking tray in the oven at 150 C and cook for 30mins. For the sauce chop some mushrooms and add juice of the lemon in a saucepan and slowly cook. Add the cream and remainder of the cheese and keep stirring till all cheese melted and become slightly thickened. Serve the chicken with rice and pour over your mushroom sauce.
