- 300ml beef stock
- splash of worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper to season

Place the meat and vegetables into a slow cooker or stockpot. Combine the stock & Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the meat.
cook on low for 2 hours in stock pot or 4-6 hours in a slow cooker.
