Crabmeat Tagliatelle


This is a delicious recipe an very easy to make for a weeknight dinner.

  • 150g fresh tagliatelle (spinach flavour)
  • 1 tin crabmeat (170g)
  • 50g chopped bacon
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 handful chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove chopped garlic
  • 100ml white wine

Step 1

Cooked tagliatelle in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and keep warm.
Drain crab meat.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry bacon 2-3 minutes till crispy. Sweat garlic for 1 minute. Add in crabmeat, mix well. Add in white wine and then the cooked tagliatelle.

Step 3

Add in chopped parsley. Season to taste. Serve hot on a warm plate. Garnish with a sprig of flat parsley.


Other pasta or tin fish like salmon or tuna can also be used
