Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeas
- 1/2 tsp ground chilli
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Pinch of pepper
- Some water to taste
- so that the hummus isn't dry
- Garlic clove
- peeled and chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- For the crudites:
- carrot
- pepper
- celery
- cucumber
- Rye crispbreads

Step 1
Rinse the can of chickpeas and blend in a food processor or chopper with the garlic, cumin, virgin olive oil, lemon juice, chilli, water and pepper.
Step 2
Wash the vegetables and cut into sticks to eat the hummus with along with the crispbreads.
