Rabbit stew

Rabbit and cabbage casserole

Ingredients

Minced meat (any)
1 egg
Good dollop of mayonnaise
Few tablespoons flour
Tablespoon semolina(if you have any)
Small onion
Mushrooms
Cheese
Salt, pepper other spices for meet
Drizzle of oil

Preparation

Step 1

Dice onion and chop mushrooms. Fry them up in butter. It will be filling. Mix minced meet, egg, mayo, flour and semolina together.Add some salt, pepper other spices suitable for meet. Form quite big burger put some filling on it add more minced meet on top and shape biggish round meatball.

Step 2

Put them in a heatproof dish, pour tiny bit of water and drizzle some oil on top. Preheat oven and bake it on gas mark 4 (180C) for 45mins(up to an hour depends on it's size). Few minutes before taking it out put some cheese on top and let it melt.

Step 3

I served with potatoes and mixed vegetables but you can swap it for rice or other garnish you prefer. Delicious! Enjoy
