Recette tunisienne de fricassé.
Ingredients
- 400g de farine
- 10g de sel
- 1 sachet de levure de boulanger type briochin
- De l'eau
- Pour la farce
- Une boite de thon ou rillettes de thon
- 2 oeufs dure
- Harissa
- 2 pommes de terre
- Des olives
- De l'huile de friture

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the yeast with a baker can of warm water and a teaspoon of sugar and allow 10 min.
Step 2
Place flour in a bowl, add salt and water mixture and baker yeast, mix until dough is elastic, adding water if necessary (if you put too much water add more flour).
Step 3
Make small ball 5 or 6 cm in diameter, then flatten with hands to make shapes of oval bun.
Step 4
Ask them on a cloth and let rise 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 5
Meanwhile peel the potatoes, cut into cubes and cook them in water, boil the eggs.
Step 6
Made fried batter into hot oil bath.
Step 7
Cut the bread on one side, put some harissa, tuna, potato, 1/4 egg and an olive.
