  • 400g de farine
  • 10g de sel
  • 1 sachet de levure de boulanger type briochin 
  • De l'eau
  • Pour la farce
  • Une boite de thon ou rillettes de thon
  • 2 oeufs dure
  • Harissa
  • 2 pommes de terre
  • Des olives
  • De l'huile de friture

Step 1

Mix the yeast with a baker can of warm water and a teaspoon of sugar and allow 10 min.

Place flour in a bowl, add salt and water mixture and baker yeast, mix until dough is elastic, adding water if necessary (if you put too much water add more flour).
