Step 1
put fish fillets lemon juice parsley and pre boiled sweetcorn and peas in casserole juice boil potatoes and mash
 make cheese and leek sauce using cornflour knocked down with a little water add milk simmer till boiling simmer again and add sauted leeks and grated cheese add to the casserole dish top up with the mash and roughly fork the top so goes crunchy just over 1 hour in an oven gas mark 5 or or eqiuvelent electric
frozen peas and sweetcorn are best
