Ingredients
- 1 large can on condensed milk
- 2 sachets of Raspberry jelly crystals
- 2 bags of coconut (approx 400grams)
- 1 bar of cooking chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Mix the coconut and jelly crystals together in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add the condensed milk and mix until sticky
Step 3
Spread the mixture into a greased swiss roll tin
Step 4
Melt the chocolate and spread over the top of the raspberry mixture
Step 5
Allow to cool then cut into squares.
