Step 1
roll small balls of marzipan between your hands and flatten out into a thin circle shape, then wrap each cherry in a marzipan circle.
Step 2
Melt you desired chocolate in a bowl over simmering water until it has fully melted, take off the heat once melted. place hundreds and thousands in a shallow bowl.
Step 3
pop one marzipan covered cherry onto each cocktail stick, dip into the melted chocolate and tap slightly to drain off excess chocolate and then gently roll in hundreds and thousands, leave to dry on a piece of greaseproof paper, repeat process untill you have your required amount.
Step 4
Display as they are, or wrap up in chocolate foil wrappers/cellophane as christmas gifts.
