Preparation
Step 1
On a slice of smoked salmon, spread a thin layer of cheese.
Step 2
Roll up the slice of salmon like a snail.
Step 3
Put the salmon roll and cheese in the fridge for 1 hour, wrapped in cellophane.
Step 4
Cut the roll of salmon and cream cheese into slices, as thick as you want, and arrange the slices on the plate.
Step 5
For decoration, sprinkle with fresh chopped chives.
