Garlic prawns

Ingredients
- 1.5 kg fresh prawns
- 350g soft butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbls of fresh herbs, leaves only (fennel, parsley, tarragon)

Preparation
Step 1
Boil a pan of water. Add the prawns to the pan in the boiling water for about 1 minute. Remove and place on kitchen roll to drain.
Step 2
Mince the garlic and herds in a food processor. Add the butter, salt and pepper and blend. Place in the fridge for 1 hour, until set.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C/ Gas mark 6.
Place onto a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper. Place little knobs of butter on the prawns and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes, until the butter is hot and bubbling.
Step 4
Serve the prawns on a large plate, pour the excess butter over them.
