White Chocolate Truffles & a dash of cinnamon (or vanilla)

Step 1

In a bain marie, on medium heat:
Place in a bowl 8 tablespoons of milk and then add 100 g of white chocolate (in pieces).

Step 2

Once the chocolate has melted stir in 2 tablespoons of fromage blanc and 25 g of butter (in pieces). Mix well.

Step 3

Then add a small pinch of cinnamon (or 1 drop of vanilla extract). And mix well.

Step 4

Chill for about 2 hours until hard. (Leave the mixture in the same bowl used from the beginning).

Step 5

If the mixture is not hard enough, wait another half hour.

Using a spoon make balls and roll them in sesame seeds lightly grilled or in the coconut powder.

Step 6

Leave to cool before tasting.
