Step 1
Peel and grate the potatoes, press firmly to remove as much water as you can. Add the fromage blanc, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, and grate a little nutmeg.
Step 2
Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Form little individual potato cakes or one large and place in the pan. Fry on medium heat on both sides until nicely brown.
