Ingredients
- For the pastry:
- - 280 g flour
- - 125 g butter
- - water
- - salt
- For the filling:
- - 4 eggs
- - A small pot of crème fraîche
- - Salt
- - Pepper
- - A small packet of grated cheese
- - 3 tins of sardines (even flavoured will work, like tomato for example)

Preparation
Step 1
Make the pastry by mixing the flour, butter, water and salt. Roll out the dough thinly, break up the sardines and remove the back bone and any small bones. Put the sardine flakes on the pastry.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the cream, add salt and pepper and pour this mixture over the sardines. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
