Lemon cake with poppy seeds

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Mix eggs and sugar, then stir in sifted flour and baking powder gradually. Add melted butter, mix well.

Step 2

Wash the lemons. Remove the zest of one lemon and the juice of two lemons. Finely chop the zest, and stir in well adding the juice and poppy seeds to the dough. Mix well.
