Step 1
Wash and peel the courgettes, cut them into small pieces. Fry them in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and line the tin with the pastry. Arrange the slices of courgette and goat cheese (not too thick) on the pastry.
Step 2
In a dish beat the eggs, cream, add a little salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the courgettes. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
