Roast cherry tomato and bacon skewers with balsamic dip

- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1 bunch fresh sage
- 15cl balsamic vinegar
- A knob of butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Reduce the balsamic vinegar to 2/3 in a saucepan over low heat. Add the butter in pieces, off the heat, and whisk. Add some ground pepper.
Cut the bacon slices in half. Roll each tomato in a piece of bacon with a sage leaf.
Step 2
Prick the tomatoes onto wooden skewers. Place them in an oven dish, salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
Place the skewers 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 220-240°C.
Serve immediately with the balsamic sauce.
