  • 1 Normandy Camembert, not too mature
  • 150 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • half a cup of oil
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 apple flavoured yogurt
  • 1 sachet of yeast

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, put the flour, break the eggs, add the yogurt and oil.
Mix and add the yeast, then the ham and camembert cut into small pieces.

Step 2

Pour into a loaf tin and cook for 30 minutes at 180°C.
