Preparation

Step 1

Put the flour in bowl. Make a well, and add the eggs. Beat and pour in gradually the oil, milk, salt, pepper. Leave the dough rest.

Step 2

Cut the tomatos into quarters, remove the seeds, and possibly the skin, then cut them into dice, to form a tomato tartare. Make the pieces small, so they don't all fall to the bottom of the loaf tin during cooking.

Step 3

Add the tomatoes, basil and goat cheese, mashed up, and stir into the batter.

Pour into a buttered loaf tin and bake in the oven at 180° for about 40-45 minutes. Check doneness with a knife.
