- For the pasta:
- 400g tagliatelle
- 3 tablespoons of coarse sea salt
- 1 dash of olive oil
- For the sauce:
- 200 g sliced smoked salmon
- 1 fennel
- 20 gr of butter
- 20 cl of single cream
- 1/4 bunch of dill
- salt

- 400g/14oz egg pappardelle
- 1 onion, chopped
