Ingredients
- For the pasta:
- 400g tagliatelle
- 3 tablespoons of coarse sea salt
- 1 dash of olive oil
- For the sauce:
- 200 g sliced smoked salmon
- 1 fennel
- 20 gr of butter
- 20 cl of single cream
- 1/4 bunch of dill
- salt
- Pepper Mill

Preparation
Step 1
Boil a large amount of water with a lid. Add the sea salt.
Make the sauce: Sweat the finely sliced fennel in butter for 5 minutes then add the cream. Cook, covered for 10 minutes. Off the heat add the smoked salmon.
Step 2
Cook the tagliatelle in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 3
Pour the hot sauce over the hot pasta chaudes. Add the chopped dill and serve immediately.
