Delicious bread based twisted swirls filled with grated apple and cinnamon butter
- For the dough:
- Strong white flour (Bread flour) - 400 g and extra to sprinkle when rolling out
- Dried yeast - 7 g
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Milk - 250 ml
- Butter - 75 g
- For the filling:
- Butter - 40 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 40 g
- Grated apple without skin - 100 g
- For glaze and decoration:
- Egg - 1
- Icing sugar - 75 g
- Water - 1 teaspoon
