  • Grated Paneer 1 cup

  • Oil 2 tablespons + for deep-frying
  • Ginger and garlic paste 1 spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese, grated 3 tablespoons
  • Spinach

Heat the oil in a large pan and add the onion, garlic, ginger, chillies, coriander and turmeric
