Step 1
Sauté the crushed garlic in butter without colouring, add flour, stir, heat, still on low heat without colouring. Add the milk and the chicken stock cube. Mix everything, move to China. Add a little cream to taste. Add the cornstarch if needed.
Step 2
Blend everything, pour through a fine sieve. Add a little cream to taste. Add the cornstarch to thicken if needed.
