Raw Kale Salad Recipe (That actually taste's good!)


This Raw Kale Salad is delicious and one of the only ways I actually enjoy eating kale lol (apart from kale chips!) I hope you enjoy it too! This recipe is: dairy free, gluten free, raw, vegan, paleo, primal.

  • 1 bag of kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • a good guzzling of olive oil
  • a splash of apple cider vinegar & manuka honey
  • some malt vinegar
  • a little lemon juice

Step 1

Wash and chop your kale. Do the same with the cucumber, red pepper, and red onion.
Mix all ingredients in your salad bowl and massage the kale with your hands. Leave to marinate for a few mins. This makes on big salad, halve the ingredients if you want less.
