- 2 1/2 lbs bittersweet chocolate chips
- 12 oz butter
- 12 oz (by weight) vegetable oil
- 12 eggs
- 1 cup sugar

Step 1
pre heat oven to 350 F
Step 2
melt together butter oil and chocolate in a double boiler
Step 3
whip eggs and sugar to a ribbon stage
Step 4
fold eggs into chocolate till well incorporated
Step 5
poor into parchment lined 1/2 sheet pan
Step 6
bake 15 mins...after should still be slightly jiggly
Step 7
put in fridge for an hour
Step 8
flip onto cutting surface cut into shape of choice using hot knife serve with powdered sugar and strawberry sauce
