- 100g of self raising flower.
- 100g of sugar.
- 2 eggs.

Preparation
Step 1
Get a large bowel and add your 100g of self raising flower.
Step 2
Add 1 egg to the flower, beat for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add your 100g of sugar and beat again for a further 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the other egg and then add 2 teaspoons of water. Beat until creamy and until there is no lumps.
Step 5
Add a drop of vinila extract. (You may add food colouring).
Step 6
Useing a spoon seprate the mixture into twelve seperate bun cases and place in the over at 180c until fluffy and brown.
Step 7
After they've cooked, place them on a cool suface to cool.
Step 8
Once cooled you can eat them as is or decorate them.
+Never leave buns cooking un-attended.
