  • 170g (6oz) grated coconut
  • 1 packet raspberry jelly crystals
  • 60g (2oz) icing sugar
  • 1 small tin condensed milk
  • 1 large bar plain chocolate

Step 1

Mix together the coconut, jelly crystals, icing sugar and condensed milk, then spread the mixture in a greaseproof tin and put in fridge to set.

Melt chocolate and pour over mixture.
Leave to set.

Once solid, turn out and cut into squares.
