- 170g (6oz) grated coconut
- 1 packet raspberry jelly crystals
- 60g (2oz) icing sugar
- 1 small tin condensed milk
- 1 large bar plain chocolate

Step 1
Mix together the coconut, jelly crystals, icing sugar and condensed milk, then spread the mixture in a greaseproof tin and put in fridge to set.
Melt chocolate and pour over mixture.
Leave to set.
Once solid, turn out and cut into squares.
