Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, finely chopped onion, raisins and coconut.

2. In a bowl, whisk all ingredients for the sauce, add salt and pepper.

3. Pour the sauce into the first bowl, mix well. Cover the bowl and marinate in the fridge for 3 to 6 hours.

Step 2

This salad goes well with cold meat or grilled fish.
