  • 450 gluten free flour
  • 1 sachet dried yeast
  • 300 ml warm milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 6 tablespoon oil

Step 1

Mix together flour, salt, sugar and the yeast
In a large bowl mix the eggs, milk and vinegar with a mixer and mix to form a sticky dough
Continue mixind adding the oil
Place the dough in a oiled bread, cover and leave it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour
Bake in a pre heated oven for 40-45 minutes

Add the oil and mix well
