Preparation
Step 1
Whisk the flour with a dash of the milk until it becomes a loose paste, ensuring there's no lumps. Then add the remaining milk, whisking continuously until it's all combined and add the salt.
Step 2
On a high heat, melt the butter in a medium sized frying pan and once melted mix it into the pancake mixture.
Step 3
With the pan on the high heat, ladle in a generous portion ensuring it covers all the pan. After about 30 seconds flip the pancake and turn down the heat to medium.
Step 4
Put a handful of chocolate on the pancake, along with a generous amount of marshmallows. As soon as the chocolate and mallows are about half melted place the pancake onto the plate, drizzle over some maple syrup and roll.
Step 5
Turn the heat up to high and repeat steps 2 - 4 until everyone's fed.
Once air bubbles appear on the surface, it's time to flip.
