Gratin au Christophine

- 1 kg of christophines
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch of new onions
- Fresh cream
- Grated cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the christophines in peeling them and scopping out the flesh.
Step 2
Cut the pieces into four.
Step 3
Cook for 30 minutes in boiling water.
Step 4
Cook and stir the onions and garlic.
Step 5
Put the christophines intothe pan and add sour cream.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Put into a heatproof dish and cover with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
