- 2 trout
- 2oz butter
- lemon juice
- seasoning
- chopped parsley
- new potatoes

Step 1
Heat butter, fry fish gently.
Lift out onto hot dish.
Add seasoning and squeeze of lemon juice to butter in the pan.
Cook for a minute or two, pour over fish.
Add parsley, garnish with new potatoes.
